功能介绍：
1、[VSS] 打补丁到VSS的补丁项目下，也就是share，存在于VSS服务器，需要重新将他下载到本地，但是更加易于分发。
2、[Local] 将补丁打到本地，便于项目管理者的使用。
3、[View] 只是查询需要打补丁的文件，列表出来，不做任何处理。
4、当操作用户为空的时候，默认获取所有的用户补丁（如果拥有权限的话）。
5、自动保存当前的配置，下次启动不需要再填写。
目前就这些功能，其他的看有没有时间需要补充了！

i found it by google today ...nice tool and i really need it atm.but i didnt find the orignal link which could download the original resource not the patch.
so would u mind give the link where i can download the original fiels.
